The proposed amendments are in response to a replacement well as part of the Lafontaine municipal drinking water system within the Township of Tiny. Existing source protection plan policies, previously approved by the Minister, are not changing, and will be extended to these new locations with the wellhead protection areas.
Comments on the proposed amendments must be submitted in writing by Monday, November 2nd, 2026, to:
